frustrated with order and installation system

I have two orders, install a stackable washer and a stackable dryer.

1. the two orders can not be merged so people can install them together.

2. I try to book the installation on the same day, washer installation is scheduled ok, dryer installation is scheduled on the same day in the beginning but got automatically canceled, the system keep asking me to schedule and I have done it multiple times online or through phone support. But every 3 hours it gets canceled automatically. My installation day get delayed again and again.

Someone help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
