i want to know who i can talk to in regards to my washer not being delivered on time. i had a scheduled delivery for july 27,2021 btw the hours of 9-1pm. which never showed up . i called at 1:30 pm only to be told oh sorry someone was supposed to let you know that the washer was still being shipped . yet no one did call me to let me know, but since the day before i was receiviing non stop text about my delivery and the day off as well. so now im out a day of work and no washer . i had already waited 3 weeks for. so the guy who im talking to says you can call tomorrow so we can schedule a new date. but the new date is now 2 weeks away because their delivery windows are all booked. i called over and over to speak with a manager or suprvisor for hours only to be put oh hold and then disconnected, noonne ever called back , so whats the point of the call back number and them asking for it just we get disconnected. the only reason i havent just requested and refund and told them to shove the washer you know where was because i got it on the fourth of july sale and that washer now cost more. but this is absolutely the worst experience i had with best buY AND WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. i could have gotten the same washer at sams brandsmart or homedepot for the same price itss not like they had it any cheaper.. i was supposed to get some type on compensation according to the first guy but since noone knows anything, there thats goes. they second lady i talked to tld me i had to wait on my delivery and then call back for the compensation . which makes no sense cause after i get my delivery no onees going to give a rats butt. so theres my rants on awful ccommunication and the customer service of this place. i need someone to give mme some answers please.
