Purchased a washer and dryer to be delivered today.  Received an email yesterday saying both would be delivered today.  Driver shows up with no washer and now I'm told they found out it wasn't in stock this morning at 5:30 am.  Rescheduled to be delivered Saturday, and I asked "how will they know it's in stock for Saturday when apparently they only check stock the morning of delivery??".  Answer, I don't know.


Poor customer service, shouldn't find out I'm not receiving when promised from the delivery man, and they way I found out about washer coming Saturday was that I called.  I'm hoping it comes Saturday, but who knows.
