Ordered a new LG OLED 77" tv for the super bowl. confirmed with the sales person in store that it will be delivered on the 3rd. delivery company verified the delivery the day before. They were supposed to call in the morning with a 2 hour window. No call. I checked online and it said delivery canceled. Pick a new day. Nothing available until after the super bowl. I called to find out why and I got a lot of I don't knows. They offered to deliver it in March! I ordered this for the superbowl with a guaranteed delivery date of the 3rd. I got a lot of apologies, but no action. I told him to stop apologizing and fix it. He got me to his supervisor. After 30 minutes of on hold, someone picked up and hung up immediately. I called corporate and the same thing. apologies with no results. Such terrible customer service and lack f empathy for your customers.
