I see that I am not the only customer with delivery issues. I chose to use Best Buy because I have ordered from your store many times in the past without issue, but not I have a huge issue. I ordered the washer and dryer for my daughter in another state, she took the day off on saturday to sit at home and wait for her delivery. There was no delivery and no phone, no text message, no email. I had received several emails up until that point about the things she needed to do to be ready for the delivery, which she did. on Sat, she called in after waiting all day only to find out that she would not be receiving the washer and dryer, mind you, my account has already been charge for the full price of the washer and dryer and the delivery fee. She was told that some would call to reschedule within 24 hrs. 24 hrs later and no call. After scouring the website for a phone number, I called in. I was told that the order was in a certain status and a delivery could not be scheduled. Imagine my surprise when GEEK SQUAD is telling me there is a computer glitch and there is no way around it. The only thing that could be done was to create a case and then I should call back in another 24 hours. So, I wait and call back again. I am told the same thing. It is still in the wrong status. There is no way to correct it and I just have to wait. I might mention that each time I have called in I have waited 20-30 on hold for a rep. So, just my bad luck, I am on the phone with the call center who is telling me there is no one and no way that an appointment can be scheduled and guess what? another best buy associate is calling me to try to schedule an appointment, but I don't take that call because this rep is telling me no way the appointment can be scheduled and I'm assuming that the call is just a telemarketer because it doesn't come up as BEST BUY. I get an email with the customer service person's direct line and call it obsessively for hours with no luck...sorry the voice mail is full and I had no luck getting through. I now call back the original call center to see if there is anyway that they have a direct line to the other call center so I can get this appointment scheduled. They tell me no. I ask to speak with a supervisor and now I have been on hold for over 50 minutes. I am at my wits end. My daughte is pregnant and due this month. I am trying to get the washer and dryer deliverd and Best Buy is making it impossible for me. I miss the days when customers meant something to a company. Customer Service reps used to above and beyond, but IDK maybe it is corparate that is tying their hands. If GEEK SQUAD can't solve their own computer problems, how can the public be exepected to pay them money to solve theirs. I spent the last two days trying to get an appointment rescheduled and still this has not been accomplished. I am very disppointed in the service that I am receivng from BEST BUY or lack there of.
