On 05/04/22 Best Buy delivered our washer and dryer that we had to wait a month for. When the dryer was connected the did so in a way that kinked the hose and created nothing but a fire hazard and needs to be redone. We have tried unsuccessfully to reach out to you to get the installer back out to correct the issue so we can use the applicances. Neither my husband nor I can move the applicances out from the wall to fix the issue, we need the installer to come out and fix, what needs to be done to make this happen? As a repat customer in your appliance department we are sure not happy with this delivery service.
