delayed installation

I had an installation appoitment for 2/16 and i recived a call that the installation was cancelled due to weather. That same day someone called me to reschedule for 2/19. On 2/19 that installaton apporitment was also cancelled and the installer called and said i would get a second call to reschedule. I never got a second call so on 2/21 i called the 1800 number and was told i would have to wait till monday the 22nd to reschedule becuase it was stuck in a pending status. I waitied till the 22nd called again and was hung up on the first time so i had to call back a fourth time. I was told they spoke to my local store and i could reschedule again in about 2 hours. after waiting 5 hours i called the local store only to be on hold for 10 minutes before i even spoke to anyone and i just hung up. I have recived no help on something that seems so simple! i even reached out on twitter and again no help! I'm not sure why i even paid for Geek squad Total tech support if i can never get any support! if anyone could help that would be great my order number is {removed per forum guidelines}

Thanks for posting for support, although I hate to hear about the difficulties you've faced trying to reschedule your installation appointment. I can imagine you've been eager to get a date set, and I'm happy to do what I can to help now.

 

Were you able to connect with your local store yesterday or today at all?

Hi Alliaon, 

    No i have not been able to connect with anyone at this point.Yesterday i called the installer who stated i can call his work number if i was not able to get rescheduled but i have not heard from him either
