I purchased a tv on the 14th of January for my husband for delivery on the 26th of January, when the installer installed the tv it wouldnt cut on, so he left to get another one. The tv turned on when he left by itself, then the next day when I tried to surprise my husband with it on his birthday and show him my appreciation and happiness for him being home from deployment, the television wouldnt turn on. I called as soon as the store opened and the manager said that the next delivery would be on Sunday. I am unabled to wait due to me not being home for delivery on that day, I told her to cancel my order and pick up the broken television. Well she stated the installer didnt not the tv was broken even tho he stated he would, and he didnt note that he didnt install the audio due to me not having the correct cords and the tv wouldnt turn on. When i called the store they said i would be charged again for an unistallation fee, which is crazy, the tv is broke, i was sold a broken television and now best buy wants me to be double charged for a installation fee of a broken tv and an unistallation fee. I am outraged I was told the cost would total a 200+ dollar loss, I would hate to have to escalate this even further but I refused to be scammed out of my money by being sold a broken tv and then having to stomach the loss of a failed installation due to the damaged goods delivered to my house. I need this resolved
