best buy appointment

best buy appointment, my original delivery date was March 8th but I checked today February 28th that an opening for March 1st is open. So I scheduled it and everything went through okay even did prep, well some hours later I keep getting an email "schedule a delivery" and it showed best buy canceled it once. This has happened to me 3 times already, there's nobody booked that day or anything. Best buy support confirmed my date, phone number confirmed my date and even the website confirmed it. So what's going on? Why won't it stay like it should?
