Thank you for contacting our Forum support team. I've had my share of experiences with cracked screens, and I would be looking to get this fixed as soon as possible, too.
All screen protection products and installation returns and/or exchanges should follow Best Buy's Return and Exchange Policy. If you are within your 15-day window, you should be able to return or exchange your screen protection. Please note that any installation fees charged would not be refunded, as this was a service performed.
You mentioned purchasing this at our store last Friday, meaning Feb. 1 based off when you made this post. This would put you just past your window (unless you are an Elite or Elite Plus My Best Buy member), and instead you should reference ZAGG's Warranty Replacement process for any damaged, defective, or products requiring an exchange outside of Best Buy's policy.
