You stole $2100 from me. I have never been so angry and spent 4+ on the phone

11/21/2020 (Sat): I bought a TV from you online - $2100.  You emailed me confirmating 11/24/2020 (Tues) 7am - 1pm delivery window.

 

11/24/2020 (Tues): My credit card was charged.  The order update on your website indicated it is now 'in transit' status and the progress bar was almost full.  By evening, the TV never arrived.

 

11/24/2020 (Tues evening): I received an email from you indicating I need to now RESCHEDULE the order.  So I called the number.  The agent on the call said she couldn't reschedule since the status was stuck in 'IN TRANSIT'.  I had to wait until the warehouse had to reset it on their end.

 

11/24/2020 (Tues late evening): I checked the order status again online.  It now said DELIVERED.  I was bewildered.  I did not even reschedule?  I called the agent again, repeating the whole ordeal.  The agent said it was delivered.  Someone by the name of John {removed per forum guidelines} signed on it in the New York warehouse.  She opened updated my case and told me you'd get back to me.

 

11/28/2020 (Saturday): I have now spent over 4 hours on the phone with BestBuy.  I still do not have ANY update.  You never sent me my TV.  Every time I call the support line, they keep moving the goal post - call in 24 hrs, 48 hrs, and 72 hrs.  I still have NO update.

 

I wake up at night livid because I am now $2100 out of pocket.  How can you simply just steal from a customer like this with no clear timeline or any estimate or a temporary resolution being offered?

 

I have never experienced a straight robbery like this in my life.

 

Where is my item that I paid for???????????????

Where is my item, BestBuy?  I've spent 10+ hours on the phone!!!!!!!!

Where is my item Bestbuy?  How long are you legally allowed to hold onto my fund??

 

When am I going to hear on the next update that is always tomorrow?
