XPO is ruining your business

XPO is a nightmare. We have been waiting for a dishwasher delivery and install for over 2 weeks, have had our date changed twice, and as of now, nobody can tell us if and when it will happen, because we have an email that says one thing and two phone calls from different people in different states and countries that told us something else.

I really like the staff of the local Best Buy, but they can’t provide proper customer service because XPO is horrible, and the Best Buy employees can’t even get in touch with them.

Horrible experience. I will NEVER buy an appliance from Best Buy again because of XPO
