During Thanksgiving time, I placed a split order for Dishwasher (to be deliverd at address#1 ASAP), and refregirator, washer & dryer ( to be delivered at address#2 at future specific date). But bestbuy total tech team delivered a wrong dishwasher model at wrong address(address#2) (address#2 is my future home,where currently Builder owns it). Now, builder is blamming me that i installed appliance before closing and this is a security breach where someone entered into the builders property and stolen an appliance.
When i took this concern to Bestbuy support team, I spent ~3hours each day for 4 days to esclate and till now no one called me on this issue. This is how Bestbuy support team prioritize the esclation cases.
Builder took this oppurtunity and he is not ready to discuss with me on any construction and price issues.
This caused a huge damange to me both from stress, financial side.
