Wrong TV delivered -- how do I get it replaced?

I bought on a TCL 5-series, 55" TV for about $400. Today my TV was delivered, but it turns out it's the wrong one -- a TCL 4-series, worth $100 less than what I paid. It's been impossible to get ahold of a customer service representative on the phone.


BestBuy should send the right TV and have somebody pick this one up.

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Be it online or through our brick and mortar stores, we hope our customers will have a positive experience when shopping with us, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be an issue with the TV you’ve recently received from us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
