The whole system and infrastructure for Best Buy appliance delivery is awful. In short I echo so many experiences here. We ordered a delivery of two dishwashers and a refrigerator. They were to be installed this week but we were unable to schedule delivery because apparently the dishwashers were not available - only learned this by visiting the store - alternative was a nearly two hour hold. So we cancelled the order and tried just the refrigerator. Today, they missed the appointment. Honestly this has been perhaps the most frustrating customer experience in my 36 years on this earth and really the above is just a short outline because I’m too exhausted to expound on the many other frustrations that attended this experience (long hold times, error messages, poor customer service). I mean just awful awful awful.
