Worst service with Carplay installation

DO BETTER BESTBUY, STOP LOOTING HARD EARNED MONEY FROM PEOPLE JUST TO GAIN BUSINESS

 

I am writing this post because I am very disappointed with the service the South Salt Lake city best buy has offered me.

 

I went to install a Kenwood Carplay and a Rexing M2 mirror camera, and after this installation my car was shutting down while driving, I went to the dealership and they told me that the aftermarket carplay or camera is the reason for this, and its causing a parasytic drain on the battery, then I went back to a different BestBuy store and they unstalled the carplay and installed the stereo back.

 

But when they went to replace the aftermarket backup camera with the OEM camera, they said that the technician in South Salt Lake city story has bent and cut the mount and they cannot install the OEM camera now.

 

I had to buy the part from the dealership that caused me extra money and I was not able to use the carplay and aftermarket anyways, So I spent more money because I went to the incompetent South Salt Lake City store.

 

Now when I went to them asking them to at least pay for the mount since they modified it, the Geek Squad manager (Keisha) and Store manager (TJ) was very rude to me and they said they won't do a thing.

Hi Best Buy Team,

 

After a lot of back and forth with the Store employees, they agreed to raise the claim.

 

I was contacted by a Sedgwick agent and provided her with all the documentation by June 20 2022.

 

Its been more than 2 months and I have attempted to reach out to her multiple time through email and phone but there is no response.
