I ordered a dishwasher online paid for it setup delivery and installation took of work waiting from 7am to 1pm no one showed then the delivery guy called and said he was running late I said no problem waited another two hours then I call they said the delivery guys was by me twice and rang my bell which is completely a lie the building I live in has cameras everywhere I’m on the 19th floor they never showed up and lied about doing so then when I called customer service absolutely no help I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager they put me on hold for over 20 minutes then said there’s no supervisor or manager around to talk with me I must of made 16 calls to them in two days and nothing was done they are horrible never will I ever spend another dollar at Best Buy!!!!!!!
