Worst installation ever

I cant believe I spent my hard earned money to have the worst set up in history done. First this first, the sales rep did a good job of convincing me to purchase all of the tech support and warranty on my new TV but if the installation of my TV is any indication of the service i will get there is absolutely no way on earth i will ever use a single service i paid for. I would rather go buy a new TV somewhere else tomorrow than let anyone like that in my house again. First thing where it should have flagged for me is my installation tech showed up to my house with a 65 inch TV stuffed into the back of a jeep, he then pulled it out and played it on the sidewalk in front of my house. After helping him carry it into the house, again why pay for something when you have to do the work anyway. He has a drill with a screwdriver bit. I had to get him a box cutter to open things because he was just trying to gouge the tape open with the drill. After watching him drag the box across the hardwood floors I again stepped into help with the set up. We removed the box and packing foam and we set the TV down to attach the base. He was moving so quickly he started to use the drill to screw the base onto the TV but his bit was not long enough so he was just kinda stripping the screws until I went and got a screwdriver for him. The demo went alright and he was friendly enough but he had the most foul smelling gas I have ever had to smell in my life. After everything was over we opened the windows and left for an hour just to make it go away. He did take most of th old TV and only made one scuff in the paint on the porch when he left and he left the boxes and all of the other packing materials even though it was clearly stated they will be removed with installation. I called customer service and exp all of this only to be left on hold and ultimately disconnected without any resolution. I was a very happy satisfied long term customer up until yesterday

Getting a new TV should be a fun and exciting event, I know if I was paying to have someone set everything up I wouldn't plan to help.
