Worst experience

I ordered Washer and Dryer on 30NOV2022 with a delivery and Installation sheduled on 28DEC2022. these were ordered in Store and the Store Manager did see the room dimensions. on 27DEC2022 we received a call from GEEK Delivery saying that Dryer is damaged in Transit and schedules next delivery on 25JAN2022. on 23JAN2023 received a call from Delivery saying that Druer is still in back order and may take time to deliver and Install. During the call i I was told that i will receive a call from Best Buy for a possible solution and till now i havent received a call. i went ahead and asked them to install Washer and Pedestal Washer. During istallation delivery guy noticed that Pedestal washer is too small for this washer (Suggested by Store Manager after looking at the dimensions). Lack of knowledge here. now i am with no washer and dryer since 2 months and still they say expect delivery on Feb 20th. Another thing is the delivery guy ruined my walls.
