Worst experience with Delivery/Instillation of Washer

So, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery and instillation. The first time, a Wednesday (five days after the purchase), I get that the drain pan has a hole in the wrong place, so I rescedule three days later. The second attempt a Saturday, I get a call two and half hours from my delivery window, saying that a mistake had been made and my washer and dryer were not scheduled to be put on the truck. They say call back Monday... After multiple calls, I did reach someone that day, who apologized, said they would give me a "make good" gift card (which I still haven't seen) and rescheduled AGAIN, for the next Wednesday. 

 

When the installers arrived, they said that the washer couldn't be installed because there was not 4 inches free space from the wall. I asked them to try it but they refused. I did convince them the leave the washer, and they did install the dryer. My husband single-handedly installed the washer, with plenty of free space betwen the water hoses and the washer. I have photos to prove it! I am so dissapointed in the contractors BB uses to install. I still expect to be compensated for my troubles,as this took forever to be delivered, and it was a constant source of frustration. I will not be using BB to purchase an applliance again. I regret purchasing the total support package as well. 

Also, why does it take an hour to reach a geek squad staff person????
