Worst delivery process

I have ordered freezer for my business. I called Bestbuy as soon as I had a time window booked as our store will not be at that time. I was informed that I can request specific time as it is for business delivery. Originally, scheduled delivery time was from 10am to 1pm and we asked if they can come from 11:20am to 1pm. I was on hold while rep was checking with carrier. After a long hold, she came back and said everything is confirmed and freezer will be delivered inbetween 11:20 to 1pm. I got a call in the morning from the delivery guy that they will be there in 10 min. My dad explained that we already requested to be delivered on specific time and their answer was that they didnt get any message. And now our delivery has been postponed to 4 days later. I was talking to Bestbuy agent for almost 2 hours abd only what she could do was make me wait for the delivery sate to my email. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she can only leave a message and of course, no one has reached me yet. Since I moved to new house, I experienced many delivery service and so far Bestbuy's home delivery service is worst. Lack of communication, worst process for the delivery. Representative is not so helpful. I literally have to explain the situation 5 times and she was keep asking the same questions. Whats tge point of having selivery date and time booked.. ? This is ridiculously poor service that I have ever experienced. And I called client team just now and wait time is 45 minutes . I had enough to be on hold for longtime for nothing.
