Worst customer service ever

Never order an appliance from @Bestbuy that needs to be installed. The installer was several hours late with no notification. Showed up with nothing indicating he was from @Bestbuy. I didn’t see a delivery truck so I told the guy I was going to come out to verify a truck was out front with my dishwasher. I walked out only to see the driver pull off without a word. Called to notify BB of this extremely rude delivery person that just took off and to schedule another appointment. I was unable to schedule an appointment after weeks of trying because BB’s system kept showing the item out for delivery. After several weeks of repeated calls and hours of hold time I decided to cancel the order. BB refunded the dishwasher cost but has so far refused to refund my ~$200 delivery/installation fee Terrible customer service. Terrible call trees. Warning - stay away from the Total Tech scam for install end delivery. I asked to speak to a manager about the installation refund. Was told a manager would call me back. That was months ago. Still no call.
