Worst customer service I ever had

I bought a dryer at Best Buy. Delivery was yesterday 10/11/2018. I showed the delivery guy to the basement where the dryer was and he asked me where the hook up was. I told him I wasn’t sure but that I would call my husband. The delivery guy was only dropping off dryer and taking old one away. My husband was going to hook it up. My husband wanted to talk with the delivery guy and I asked him if he would talk to my husband and he rudely said NO WAY. I asked him what his name was and he said Horhay and I asked him what his last name was because he was completely unprofessional and he stated he didn’t have a last name. He then went into his truck and sat there for 20 min without saying one word to me. I then saw him load my dryer into the truck, the dryer that I paid in full and I came out of my house and I asked him what is was doing. He stated “VAMONOS” and honked his horn as loud as he could while he drove away with MY dryer and then I get a text that the delivery was completed. I have never been treated like this in my entire life . Best Buy’s customer service SUCKS!!!!! I then went right to Best Buy to file a formal complaint and they basically wiped their hands of this stating that they hire a third party and basically were no help to me. Is asked if there was a higher up manager or regional manager or a corporate office that I could speak to and they stated NO. I better get my money in full back or I won’t leave that store. I would never buy one thing from that store because if u have a problem u can count on Best Buy not backing u up. BEWARE BEST BUY has AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
