Worst Service

WHAT is the point of Total tech if its useless went to the store bought 2 nest thermosats signed up for total tech seemed like a good deal DROPPED 400 that day 2 weeks ago they could schedule a tech that day they told me someone will call guess what nothing since then going to the store tomorrow to return everything in these past 2 weeks we decide that we should buy a tv from best buy get it delivered and have a tech mount it on the wall we buy the tv and mount set delivery and a day the mount comes then i get and email saying I HAVE to pick up the tv whatever fine now its the day for the tech to come and set us up we get our time frame and we wait and wait and wait no answer we call they say he is coming HOURS LATER we call again oh he is coming HOURS LATER we cant reach him and no radio silence from best buy you guys suck at this stick to in store sales cause we are returning everything we spent almost 2000 buying everything for these clowns to do nothing but lose a customer they had for years total tech member useless

Hey, ghostman999,

 

I would be just as concerned if after purchasing a Totaltech membership, both my Nest Install and TV mounting could not be done when they were scheduled to be done. I of course did not like hearing that because of this we have lost your patronage. Is there anything specific I can do to help here?
