Worst Delivery Experience and Still No Refrigerator

OMS #1121017590296 I ordered a Smsung Side by Side Sku 6397591 in Jan and was told I would not have delivery until April (fine). April's delivery date came and the person who sold us the refrigerator did not include the ddetails or collect payment for moving the exisiting refrigerator to our garage. My next delivery date once all was corrected was today.......there was an attempt to delivery me a refrigerator that was not in thebox nor did it come with the instructions manual that any new refrigerator would (suspect used) we refused the delivery.

 

We still have no referigerator! This has been and awful experience with best buy and Im guessing they do not have the refrigeraor new in stock until July because that is what I see on the sight.
