Worst Customer Install Experience

I'm extremely disappointment in the manner in which my appliance install has been managed. I bought a washer and dryer in late Nov. As of today, it is still not installed. Installers have come to my house 4 times already. Next week will be the 5th time. They have had to replace the new washer and dryer once already. The 4th time at my house, the installers left without saying a word to me before leaving. THEY JUST LEFT. 


I have drove to the best buy location to speak to a manager twice already. Different managers at the store can only tell me they can submit an escalation form and someone will call me. They also said the district manager was scheduled to call me. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME.


I have called the store and had to open a ticket just to have someone call me back. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. 


I literally have to drive 30 mins to the store to speak to a manager that is not even the STORE MANAGER. 


I am requesting that the District Manager and Regional Managers get involved in my issue and resolve it once and for all.
