I got a fridge delivery fro, Best Buy about two weeks ago and the delivery guys insisted on pulling the fridge on the floor even though I mentioned this was likely to damage the floor. And of course it did. So it ruined my new flooring and that is way more expensive than the cost of the fridge itself.
How can this issue be adressed?
