Where's my stove?

On May 18th, I placed order {removed per forum guidelines} for a suite of appliances, delivery/installation, and a three year extended warranty.  Appliances were to be delivered on 6/1.  On the morning of 6/1, my refrigerator and waterline kit was dropped off but due to some internal policy, they could not hook up the water line - this was going to be done by a third party, who would also bring the rest of my appliances.  Around 3:30 in the afternoon, the third party, Melton Plumbing, came by with the dishwasher and microwave.  They knew nothing about hooking up my fridge or where my range was.  Over the course of the next five hours, I had several fruitless phone calls and chat sessions with Geek Squad, finally to be told that the range was supposedly damaged in transit.  I attempted to reschedule delivery but all I got was an escalation case {removed per forum guidelines} and a promise for a callback in 36 hours.

 

I don't understand why someone could not have left me a voicemail and saved me the hours of wasted time with Geek Squad's absolutely useless support.  This frustration only compounded the delivery people damaging the washer I purchased on order {removed per forum guidelines}.

 

I want my stove delivered and fridge hooked up as soon as possible, preferably June 5 when my replacement washer is supposedly going to be delivered.
