Where is my order?!?

I ordered a new TV 2 weeks ago, scheduled delivery for yesterday July 10th and up until yesterday it said it was scheduled for delivery on time. It never showed up and now says I need to reschedule delivery with mid August being the first available time slot!!! What the hell?

Thank you for taking the time to visit our Support Forums, although I’m sorry to hear your visit is under such unfortunate circumstances.  While we strive to hit the delivery date of all our orders, there can be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from hitting that mark, and it’s often a frustrating experience.  I apologize for any disappointment this delivery reschedule has caused, but I’ll be happy to look into this order further, and offer any additional clarification I can.

 

For me to review your order further, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need from you in order to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Any service order numbers you’ve been given for your delivery
