I purchased a dishwasher with installation 2 months ago. They were supposed to come today for the installation between noon and 8pm. I got an email earlier today indicating that they were going to show up between noon and 3pm. They never showed up. I called at 3pm and was told that they were coming between 5 and 6pm. They never showed up. I called a second time and I was told that the dishwasher is at the warehouse and that they were 100% coming before 8pm. They never showed up!! I called a third time and I was told that there are no current installation appointments but they will come to do the installation at some point?? And that they were going to give a giftcard as a compensation?? This is not acceptable at all. Told the representative that I need to speak to the manager and he hanged up on me after 30 minutes waiting on the phone. Still trying to get a hold of someone that could tell me when is my dishwasher being installed.. is it ever going to be installed? Where do I need to complain about Best Buy being completely unreliable and taking my money for free???

I’ve been on the phone for 2 HOURS and they still can’t help me out!!!! What is going on?? I want a full refund!! I spent over $1,000 for a service that was not deliver! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!

I just filled a report fraud against Best Buy. If Best Buy doesn’t get back with me in the next few hours.. I’ll keep going through the process and make sure everyone is aware of their fraud and scam that this company is!

Got the full refund after being 7 hours on the phone with Customer Service. Never buying anything else from this company again
