What next?

So my delivery is 5.5 hours late and counting. I called customer service multiple times with no success outside of asking for my patience.

Beyond waiting, any advice on what to do next?

Sorry about the treadmill.

 

I'm thinking a refund might be the only course of action as well. I spoke to about 7 customer service people and all had the same issue that none were able to get in contact with anyone related to delivery - not the driver, warehouse or anyone in between.

 

The last 4 people I spoke with all were surprised that no notes were on the case file and I had to explain that is because anyone related to delivery won't provide any update. 

im sure delivery is outsourced but what a poor reflection on Best Buy.
