Bought a 3k treadmill from Bestbuy online and paid for delivery and install on 4/22. During checkout everything went smotth and i was able to pick a delivery date. Same day i get an email 2 hours later to pick a new delivery date. Online link did not work so i called. This is where the nonsense really starts and it's the same senario after i ask for help to schedule this i am put on hold only to find out when they come back on the phone they can not do nothing and i am told to wait for an email from them or a phone call. Next day recieve an email or a call so call back and same stupid response we cant do anything. I have called in 4 times already and the latest call they tell me to call my local store as they cant do anything for me. Call local store and they say sorry we cant do anything here either i will have to call the corporate office and call you back. And guess what no call backs.Big suprise.No one cares that is obvoius.
