Washing Machine/Dryer sloppy and incomplete install

I've already filled out the survey for the Geek Squad but have since discovered some sloppy and incomplete install issues. I can't find anywhere to register a complaint so I'll do it here.

I ordered a washing machine and dryer from the Beaverton, Oregon store. Now one week later here's what i've found out the Geek Squad installers didn't do:

 

  1. Didn't install the strain relief clamp when they installed the new power cord to the dryer.
  2. Didn't clamp the ventilation hose where it connected to the dryer (it was placed on the vent, but not clamped down. Don't know how soon it would have fallen off by itself).
  3. Didn't level the washing machine or the dryer. For the washing machine, they put a cardboard shim under one of the feet. My floor is very level, no need for that.
  4. Didn't even install the four plastic leveling feet on the bottom of the dryer. It's easier to do when the machine is unpacked and you can lay it on its side.
  5. The washing machine new steel hoses were not straightened out, just some wild loops behind the machine. I could live with this and wouldn't mention it except I've got a list already. It's not a functional issue, but just looks sloppy.

I'm happy with the machines so far, but this has to be the worst install I've ever had and I'll never use Geek Squad again.

Follow-Up: A few people from Best Buy have called and offered to make everything right. Though I've taken care of things already, I am impressed with their customer service. Usually you just complain and nothing happens (like the Monty Python skit). I'll probably give them another chance next time I purchase appliances. Thanks!
