Washer installer caused damage to home - who do I talk to?

Today we had a washer dryer delivered. They were supposed to install the washer, however, while removing the old washer the installer cracked my piping causing damages. Who do I talk to about being reimbursed for damages caused by them?

Having had several appliances delivered to my home, I know that if any damage took place I would want to get on the path to getting this repaired as quickly as possible.
