Washer delivery

I will NEVER never buy things form BestBuy! I recently purchased all new appliances from them and it took over 3 months to get an email with a schedule appointment to install them. I took the day off to be able when they say they would come and last minute they cancel my appointment.. then they scheduled another appointment the next day. I took another day off, the person who delivered my appliances only had the fridge, over and microwave no dishwasher, and then he didn’t wanted to install any of them. I got in the phone with the useless 800 number.. they guy did tried to do a door reversal on the fridge and ended up ruining it. Yesterday I had someone delivered the dishwasher and he also broke a part of the machine to enddd up taking it back and never close the water valve so I ended up getting water all over my floor! Best Buy has to do something about it! Im tired of this! I called yesterday and someone say they would call me back In 40 min and nobody did, the I went to the store and they can’t help me. Who can talk too? I need someone to help me! Someone that is In the US…
