Washer and dryer

I bought a washer and dryer and it was supposed to be installed on Saturday but they weren’t able to install it because the stackable kit and other accessory that was programmed to be delivered the same say never arrived. And I’m still waiting for that kit. And to make things even worse, calling to customer service is a pain!!!!! I’ve been calling since Saturday and they always leave me waiting for somebody in appliances service. It’s Monday and I’m still waiting!!
When I’ll be able to use my washer and dryer?? I already pay for them!! Who is going to help me??

Welcome to our community. I've always thought that after the hard work of making a selection from the huge number of appliance options these days, that the installation process should be almost s no-brainer.
