I get my washer and dryer installed yesterday (4/8/2021) by best buy pros. They put the drain in the wrong hole which make water get into dry wall. Now I need to dry my wall and replace damaged floor. I have filed a claim for this and also contact best buy already but did not get reply yet. The insurance one number could not never reachable. Need a quick response since I need to dry the wall before things getting worse.
