Washer and Dryer delivery bad experience

Ordered washer dryer online scheduled delivery date online. Email said id receive a phone call to possibly schedule installation and removal of old appliances. No phone call was made to me so i called. Was told unfortunately that since my delivery date was so close that they would not be able to install that day. Customer service rescheduled delivery to include installation said tuesday possibly wednesday. Tuesday comes i call to confirm installation and i am told it will be delivered and installed on wednesday between 11:20 and 2:20 . At 10:50 wednesday delivery guy shows up with nothing but a delivery drop off order asks me if i paid for removal service. Called concierge lady was very confused on the phone and didnt know if they were supposed to remove old appliances or an installation team was coming later to remove appliances . She said she believed someone would come later to install and also remove old ones. 3pm i call back since now noone has shown up to install and remove washer and dryer told me the person who set up the work order through concierge made a mistake and never ordered the installion even though it was discussed and documented on my file. Am now being told to wait another 3-5 business days to schedule a new appointment. This has been a very bad experience and still not resolved.

Thank you for reaching out to us. A new washer and dryer would be a welcome addition to any home, and I can understand your desire to ensure a smooth delivery experience. While we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to the original service order, it may be necessary to split any changes on to a separate service appointment if said changes occur within 24 hours of the original service window date. I apologize if this was not made clear to you in the moment, as that would never be our intention.
