I ordered my LG washer and dryer combo on March 20th from my local Best Buy. I'm an Elite Plus member and have ordered multiple TVs, routers, and all kinds of technology and business equipment through Best Buy in the last year.
I actually met the Geek Squad founder and had dinner with him a few years back in New Orleans. I am a fan of a local presence of technology needs.
However, my order has been reallly troublesome beyond the long order/delivery time.

Also, the chat agent said my best buy $150 gift card would be processed once my order is delivered. I'm pasting it here for record. Also, he said that someone would contact me by evening. Adding that to the record as well. I will be stopping by my store after work as well to see what they can do to reschedule my delivery as quickly as possible.

Update 4/4, 2:15 Mountain Time
I did NOT recieve any communication over this forum, calls, or any follow up, except from an email that says my Delivery will be June 15th. This is ~90 DAYS from my order on March 20th, 2020!
On top of that information, it is unacceptable as it BestBuy.com that I could order for delivery on the Website to be delivered May 15th if I ordered today. The item #is WKEX200HBA
Finally, this is also in conflict with what was told to me on 5/1, when the delivery was damaged: the rep on the phone with Geek Squad said it would be delivered may 12th latest
