We purchased a Washer Dryer set at the beinning of the pandemic last year. We understood that there were shortages in supply due to the pandemic but then a few months later worked with BB to cancel and re-order a different model. The order never got put through by the associate and they never followed up after we find out the order got put in then cancelled. Now they finally come to deliver the units but they didnt add the side venting system. The delivery company says they will take it to the warehouse to install it after we put an order in for it (which we had already done). A month later another third party has been added to the situation and still no washer dryer despite contacting the branch appliance manager. Today it was supposed to be delivered, but got a call that the delivery service does not install side vents, so again, no units. I need someone to contact me now. I will elevate to the Better Business Burea.
