I am on hold right now for over 1/2 hour on your customer service line. The delivery person called and left a message at 8:02am this morning - I'm on the way!- um apparently not. Vet for the dog - cancelled. Honestly if I just got a real time I wouldn't have any issue, but why call and tell me you're coming and 'will arrive in 1/2 hour'? The appointment time logged by Best Buy is 9:40am, well it didn't happen, lemme tell you. This stinks.
