Wow- what started as a great buying experience has gone bad. I am writing this as I continue to sit outside of the Customer Pick-Up door at the Elkridge warehouse. It is going on a half hour and who knows how long I will be here waiting for someone to process my pick-up! The security check point was easy and very pleasant. After I patiently wIted in my truck, I walked inside and asked about the stat oof my dishwasher and was told “I don’t handle that - it is processed on the other side and you need to go wait in your truck”.
I’m still waiting with no idea of how long I will continue to wait. I guess I should have just repaired my old dishwasher - it might have been quicker!
It is probably the last time I will deal with Best Buy for an appliance.
What started so well has now turned me off as a customer!
