We ordered a gas range and diswasher for delivery and installation last week. We then got an assortment of automated phone calls rescheduling the order. We have tried repeatedly to get through by phone to deal with this and have been put on hold, told we would be called back, never gotten called, etc. We finally got through to someone and told them to cancel the order and cancel delivery. Meanwhile we ordered a new stove from Lowes which we expect to be delivered and installed today (we have been without a range for a couple of weeks now). The status of our Best Buy order is not clear, we don't know if they really cancelled it or not, we want it cancelled. number is: {removed per forum guidelines}
