Wall damage from delivery 12/27/22

Two delivery guys damaged my wall at the entrance of my home while bringing in the new Fridge. I started a claim with Best Buy, but doesn't seem to have advanced much from there. I was told I would be called 48-72 hours and never got a call til this day. 

 

I contacted Sedgwick and they said Best Buy has not submitted the claim yet to them.

Can someone help get some traction on this claim?
