WHERE IS MY ORDER????

I’ve been waiting to speak with a “supervisor” since last week because call representative said there are only certain things they can do and outside of that would have to be a supervisor.

No one ever called.

I called again last night and this morning and it was the same script.

I tried over here and was told to continue over the phone.

I mean what kind of “customer service” is this?????

This is not like someone forget to put the fries in your order. This is not like a $10 dollar order from Amazon that got delayed.

This is over 1700 dollars and we don’t know where the product is or how to get in touch with the team that was last recorded to have had it?

I mean thank Satan/ God / Money or whoever you worship, you are not delivering an organ cause someone would have been dead and buried in the amount of time it’s taking you to figure this out.

Lastly I would like to say - please figure out where my order is as opposed to reading from a script to say “it’s been dispatched: escalated” or we have an error and are trying to fix it or I’m sorry this is not the experience we pride ourselves in… blah blah blah.

Geeezzzzz what a 💩 show!!!!

Genuine curiosity:  What are you seeking by posting here if you disregard the official responses by the Moderators here, who are the only employees on these forums that have been given the authority to speak officially on behalf of Best Buy?

 

Jenni-BBY's reply aligns 100% with the procedures in place.  Your case is assigned to an Executive Resolution Specialist, she's trying to get you back on track by recommending you reach back out to them if you want updates.  Stepping back onto these forums is a detour/distraction, you won't get any of the updates that you seek here. Take her advice and follow up with the Executive Resolution Specialist if you need assistance.

Because that’s exactly what someone else said a week ago. Sorry dude 1800 bucks is not change to me so I’m trying to get noticed and get to talk to someone who can get in touch with the delivery team that has my product

I understand the process in place but if it doesn’t work but you keep doing it then what progress are you making?

Also - by posting what you did, have you offered any other solutions? Please clarify. Thanks so much!!!!!

My post was the clarification, Jenni-BBY offered the solution.  You've been communicating with an Executive Resolutions Specialist, that should be the sole channel you communicate with going forward.  There is no one here that can usurp their authority.

Can I ask who the executive resolution specialist? Because the guy I talked to also said “all I can do is send a message to a supervisor that might be able to help you?” Genuine curiosity also.thanks captain!
