WHERE IS MY FRIDGE!??

I ordered a refrigerator with the Best Buy app on May 22, and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday May 27. I took the day off from work and I waited. The window lapsed. I called customer service and was assured that sometimes they run late, especially during these times, and that it would undoubtedly arrive by 9 pm. So I wait till you 9. It does not show up. I call the next day and after waiting on hold for 44 minutes, am told it is out of stock and I should have been emailed. I was assured that I would be able to reschedule in a few days to a week when the fridge was available again. I’ve checked every day and it has been over a week and still nothing has changed. I called today, and after waiting on hold, was rudely told that there is nothing that they can do and I can wait longer if I want or just cancel. What kind of customer service is this!!!??? That is the opposite of customer service. I’ve ordered all my appliances through Best Buy and have never had any problems and I am shocked by the way I was treated today. I am tempted to spread this experience and send it out as a warning to all my friends and family but I would rather have it resolved, especially considering the experiences I’ve had with Best Buy in the past. Feeling extremely frustrated. Please help!

Welcome to our community forums. I know it's not easy to take time out of your day so I can understand your frustration to see that your order was delayed. Have you been able to get assistance with this since making your post?
