Very late installation and terrible customer service

About a month ago I had a fridge scheduled to be installed. Nobody turned up at the scheduled time. I had to call several times and eventually they arrived around 5pm instead of between 8-12. This is against California law. I made several phone calls to no avail and I refuse to waste anymore time holding on the line for 30+ minutes every time I want to talk to somebody. I want to be compensated for the installation fee that I incurred and the extra time taken away from work by waiting for this installation. I have looked everywhere for an e-mail contact and cannot find one. Please direct me in the right direction. Thank you.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum! Thank you for reaching out to us here to tell us more about your experience when getting your fridge installed. I can imagine it would be quite frustrating to have a longer wait than originally expected. It is not our intention to deliver outside of the estimated window provided, though sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances some orders may be delayed. In terms of who you can speak to about that, you’ve come to the right place.

 

While Best Buy does not compensate for time, I will be happy to take a look at your situation in more detail to see what options may be available going forward. For me to do that, I will need additional information from you. Please send:
