To Whom it May Concern,
inrecently recieved a washer and I set up a window between 4-6. No one called til after 6. I had a very important appoint at 7. The delivery people called at 6:15 they were going to show in 20-30 minutes. They didn’t show until almost 8pm. I completely missed the appointment which included a paid dinner I wasn’t able to use. It was very embarrassing on my end and had to make the excuse (which was true) that my delivery men were late. Obviously the group I had to meet didn’t believe me. The delivery man never greeted me or acknowledged his wrongdoing. Very dissatisfied...
