Very frustrated with Thermador delays

Very frustrated with Best Buy!  We paid nearly$15,000 for a Thermador range, hood, and dishwasher on April 27, 2021.  We were promised a delivery date of August 14, 2021.  One day prior to the scheduled delivery date, we got a call saying delivery would be rescheduled.  The new delivery date was scheduled to August 30.  Then again, one business day prior to the new scheduled delivery we got another call saying that the new scheduled delivery date would again be pushed back.   This time, we’re looking at October.  Really, Best Buy?  I understand supply chain related delays, but we are being jerked around and we no longer trust that any delivery date would be honored by you.  How much longer will we be strung along?  You’ve had our money since April.  We’ve fully performed our part of the bargain and we look to you to perform yours.  We are considering buying temporary appliances so we can feed the kids (since we’ve had no kitchen for months).  Best Buy please help rectify this situation and deliver.

Last I read Bosch/thermador was starting to tell venders 7-8 months on some models. Bosch hasn't been able to get parts due to covid delays. Not much bestbuy or anyone else can do other then check to see if any other models are more readily available.

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience with this purchase. Having gone without major appliances before, I know how big of an impact it can have on day to day life so I can certainly understand wanting to know exactly when these products will be available. I would be glad to see if I can provide any additional clarification on this timeline.
