I purchased a new washer and dryer from BB in Bellevue on 12/6/18. Delivery was scheduled for 12/8 for the dryer and a week later for the washer. Over the course of the next 2 weeks i spent so many hours waiting for delivery that I became very frustrated with BB so I talked to the Bellevue Manager. She assured me she'd talk to the salesperson and we would decide what was appropriate compensation for the many hours I wasted. I went back into the store last week to see the salesperson--he was out so someone said they would give the details to call me.
I have received no calls. You guys need to set appropriate expectations as it relates to delivery. I say if you are in the retail business and you don't have good follow up skills you are in the wrong business.
You can bet that I will tell everyone who will listen not to shop at your stores.

The store may have escalated the situation to the delivery and install escalations department, that is typically the department that the "compensation" comes from.
